Aurora is currently a 4th year PhD candidate studying liftoff behavior and stability of ammonia/methane non-premixed coflow flames. In addition, she studies the dependence of sooting tendencies on fuel structure of several categories of compounds such as phenolics and lactones. Outside the research lab, she is actively serving the Yale community by taking leadership positions in several student organizations at Yale. During her free time, she likes to watch movies, enjoy food with her friends and play with her cutest dog on this planet, Mr. Nomi!
