Our presentations from the ACS Fall 2020 Meeting are available online

Tuesday, September 8, 2020

The ACS meeting in August was converted to a virtual format, so we were not able to go to San Francisco; however, we still gave several presentations and they have been posted to Figshare.  They include:  Matthew’s poster where he uses X-ray fluorescence measurements he made at the Advanced Photon Source to determine temperatures in sooting flames without interference (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.12919181.v1 ); Facheng’s presentation where he demonstrates that phenolic hydrocarbons derived from lignin biomass have much lower sooting tendencies than regular benzenoid aromatics (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.12919025.v1 ); and Charles’ presentation where he uses our yield-based approach to sooting tendency to demonstrate the soot reduction benefits of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.12918980.v1 ).
